Who is the program for?

People who suffer from physical and mental symptoms that interfere with their lives, and who want to overcome these symptoms and live with well-being, energy, and ease.

People who have tried various treatments, but none have provided a permanent solution , and want to break free from this "yo-yo effect" of improvement and worsening.

People who want to go beyond simply "getting rid of symptoms" and invest in the pursuit of happiness and personal fulfillment.

People who are interested in neuroscience and want to understand how their nervous system works and how this can improve their quality of life.

Note: No prior knowledge of neuroscience is necessary; you will learn everything you need to know to improve your quality of life in practice.

Inside the program
"The Bridge to the Garden"

The "Bridge to the Garden" program was developed from the Integrative Neuroscience Bridge Method®, which was created to allow the integration of body and mind to achieve holistic health (both physical and mental) through neuroscience. The Integrative Neuroscience Bridge Method® is based on 4 pillars:

PILLAR 1:

Integrating body and mind (wholeness):

Each person is a unit; body and mind are two aspects of that unit, and both need to be worked on to achieve holistic health.

PILLAR 2:

Self-knowledge and mapping

( INDIVIDUAL MAPPING):

Each person is unique and lives a unique journey, which needs to be mapped out in order to understand their personal difficulties and strengths and not get lost along the way.

PILLAR 3:

SUCCESSFUL HABITS (CHANGING HABITS):

Your habits can define your health and your life; repetition is the way to change, and practice is the way to maintain your results.

PILLAR 4:

SEEKING FULFILLMENT (PURPOSE):

Finding fulfillment in life requires going beyond symptoms and seeking happiness with a purpose in life.

What you can expect from the program

SINTOMAS:

FISICAMENTE:

MENTALMENTE:

  • Mente mais afiada e melhora da memória.

  • Diminuição de pensamentos compulsivos.

  • Maior capacidade de concentração e foco.

EMOCIONALMENTE:

  • Maior bem-estar e leveza no dia-a-dia.

No more symptoms!

Overcoming psychophysical disorders can be very challenging! If you have ever suffered from anxiety, chronic pain, or fatigue, you have certainly felt frustrated and hopeless about being able to resolve your symptoms. This happens because most traditional treatments fail to address the root causes of psychophysical disorders; symptoms may resolve momentarily, but they tend to return some time after the treatment ends. Because of this, it's natural to start wondering if the problem has a solution at all, leading to fear, frustration, and a terrible feeling of being "less than other people"—after all, everyone else seems to live well, except us (which, despite appearing true, is not the reality). What few people realize is that the path to resolving this type of health disorder can be much simpler through an integrative neuroscience approach, and that's exactly what we'll be doing together in the "Bridge to the Garden" program.

How does the program work?

    • FASE 6 - COLHEITA (1 semana): qual o próximo passo.

Who will guide you on this journey?

DCL profile 2026.jpeg

Nice to meet you, I'm Cassandra Lyra. I'm a physiotherapist graduated from USP and hold a PhD in psychology and molecular neuroscience. I specialize in behavioral neuroscience and integrative therapies (phytotherapy, aromatherapy, yoga therapy, and meditation).

I am a person who is very close to my family and friends and who loves to study and practice activities such as yoga, cycling and dancing, things that have always helped me a lot to maintain good physical and mental health in the face of life's challenges.

I strongly believe in the power of knowledge and practice combined, which is why all my treatments address both theory and practice in a balanced way. Having personally experienced anxiety disorder, depression, and panic attacks, I understand very well what my patients go through and what is necessary to overcome psychophysical disturbances.
