Who is the program for?

Healthcare professionals who get bogged down with more complex cases and end up referring them, but they want to be the ones who solve even the most difficult cases.

Healthcare professionals who notice symptoms recurring in some patients, without knowing why, and want to resolve them definitively.

Healthcare professionals who are overworked and want to optimize their treatments so they can charge more and work less.

Doctor's Appointment

Healthcare professionals who want to project more authority through scientific evidence and personalized treatment.

Note: No prior knowledge of neuroscience is necessary; you will learn everything you need to know to improve your patient's quality of life in practice.

Inside the program
"Crossing the Bridge"

The "Crossing the Bridge" program was developed from the Integrative Neuroscience Bridge Method®, which was created to allow the integration of body and mind to achieve holistic health (both physical and mental) through neuroscience. The Integrative Neuroscience Bridge Method® is based on 4 pillars:

TOTALITY:

Each person is a unit; body and mind are two aspects of that unit, and both need to be worked on to achieve holistic health.

INDIVIDUAL MAPPING:

Each person is unique and lives a unique journey, which needs to be mapped out in order to understand their personal difficulties and strengths and not get lost along the way.

TRANSFORMING HABITS:

Your habits can define your health and your life; repetition is the way to change, and practice is the way to maintain your results.

PURPOSE:

Finding fulfillment in life requires going beyond symptoms and seeking happiness with a purpose in life.

What you can expect from the program

Enough with inefficiency and overload!

If you're a healthcare professional, you've surely felt powerless when faced with a challenging case. This happens because medical school only teaches us the basics to treat patients, and sometimes it even fails at those basics. We don't graduate as well-prepared for clinical reality as we expect. As a result, many professionals end up feeling incompetent or incapable of definitively resolving the issues of some patients with more complex conditions. After many frustrations, they feel inefficient and overwhelmed, and end up referring these patients to other professionals in an attempt to help, but are left with a feeling of failure. What few professionals realize is that the path to resolving more complex and challenging cases can be much simpler through neuroscience applied to healthcare, and that's what we'll be discussing together in the program "Crossing the Bridge." I will personally teach you what I've learned in decades of study and practice, and what I do with my patients to achieve excellent results based on solid scientific principles.

How does the program work?

  • FASES:

    • FASE 1 - ESCOLHER O DESTINO: avaliação do sistema nervoso do paciente.

    • FASE 2 - PLANEJAMENTO DA VIAGEM: controlar o que impede a evolução do paciente.

Who will guide you on this journey?

DCL profile 2026.jpeg

Nice to meet you, I'm Cassandra Lyra. I'm a physiotherapist graduated from USP and hold a PhD in psychology and molecular neuroscience. I specialize in behavioral neuroscience and integrative therapies (phytotherapy, aromatherapy, yoga therapy, and meditation).

I am a person very close to my family and friends, and I love studying and teaching, as well as practicing activities like yoga, cycling, and dancing. I have always divided my time between theory and practice, which has shown me the importance of addressing both with patients, balancing reason and emotion, as well as body and mind.

I strongly believe in the power of knowledge and practice combined, which is why all my treatments address both theory and practice in a balanced way. Having personally experienced anxiety disorder, depression, and panic attacks, I understand very well what my patients go through and what is necessary to overcome psychophysical disturbances.
